Colonel Cypro_LF brought structure, passion, and vision to a department in its early stages. During his tenure, he introduced divisions that had not existed before, bringing formality and function to operations. Under his leadership, TxDPS grew to 50 employees within three months — a remarkable achievement. His focus on long-term stability laid the groundwork for future expansion and professionalism.

Colonel Sharking2371 oversaw a critical transformation of the department, propelling TxDPS into competitive alignment with the long-established Travis County Sheriff's Office. His command marked the end of TxDPS's foundational phase and the beginning of a new era of assertive growth and operational excellence.

He implemented fully structured divisions, formalized shift schedules, and fostered a strong sense of unity and professionalism. His tenure also saw the introduction of updated uniforms, new vehicle liveries, modern guides, and a complete cultural shift toward teamwork and community. Under his leadership, TxDPS grew to 80 members and became widely respected. His impact remains one of the most defining in department history.

Although he served for just two weeks, Colonel VillerDev managed over 100 personnel with discipline and care. As an interim Colonel, he ensured that the department's momentum continued while honoring the work of his predecessors. His short but meaningful leadership reflected steadiness during a transitional period and maintained the department's high standards.

Colonel INSP_2020 introduced significant structural reforms in a brief tenure. Most notably, he redesigned TxDPS's external employment process and restructured employee classification systems — greatly improving transparency and efficiency.

His quick and impactful leadership modernized key administrative procedures, showing that even short-term service can leave long-lasting benefits.

(Interim — July 2024)

Following a full departmental revamp in July 2024, Colonel iiStateRBLX was chosen to lead the department during a time of organizational restructuring. He played a stabilizing role in redefining command strategy and preparing the department for its next phase.

He maintained operational continuity and helped restore direction and morale, embodying the trust and confidence placed in him by the leadership and staff alike.

Colonel Triple_de1 is the most enduring and influential Colonel in the history of TxDPS, having served for an uninterrupted 9 months. Remarkably, even while deployed overseas with the U.S. Military in the Middle East, he never turned his back on the department he helped lead.

Under his leadership, TxDPS reached over 100 personnel and accomplished numerous milestones, including:

His leadership style emphasized excellence, structure, and inspiration. The department never faced a major operational issue during his term — a true testament to his organizational skills, discipline, and deep care for the community he helped build. TxDPS remains indebted to his exceptional leadership and honorable military service.

  • Creation of a dedicated training server
  • Revamping of two divisions and introduction of a third
  • Overhaul of uniforms, vehicle liveries, training systems, and employment processes
